General thoughts about the INCTL and Taekwondo in general:

Taekwondo has been a key building block in my life for over 10 years nows. It has taught me discipline and leadership; enabled me to develop new friends as well as injuries; and allowed me to travel around the world and even escape from it. The Army Martial Arts Team, and the INCTL have been a special part of my college life that I will never forget. GO ARMY MARTIAL ARTS!
